That's right, ladies and gentleman. Our very own Vicious seems to have a brother that either he never told anyone about, or that has song since been estranged from the entire St***** family. Here he is, and I was surprised to see that Vicious part II was actually saying something I agree with in this video, Carlos Mencia sucks.
